Yes. Large open rooms and underfloor heating are common in barn conversions. Wide-plank LVT rated for underfloor heating works well, and we plan the layout so the floor looks seamless across the space.
What flooring suits a home near the River Eden?
We'd usually suggest waterproof LVT for ground floors near the Eden. It won't swell or stain if water gets in, and it wipes clean. No floor is flood-proof, so we'll go through the options at your visit.
Do you cover Hever, Cowden and the villages?
