Do you fit flooring in barn conversions?
Yes. Large open rooms and underfloor heating are common in barn conversions. Wide-plank engineered wood or LVT rated for underfloor heating works well, and we plan the layout so the floor looks seamless across the space.
What's the best flooring if my home is near the river?
No floor is flood-proof, but waterproof LVT copes with water far better than carpet or laminate. It doesn't swell and is easy to clean. We'll talk through the options for your ground floor at the home visit.
Do you cover Hever, Cowden and the villages?
Yes. We cover Edenbridge and the Eden Valley villages including Four Elms, Hever, Marsh Green, Cowden, Markbeech and Chiddingstone. Home visits are free.
